Documents Required for Admission

For Candidates Qualified in GUBEDCET-2025

Qualified candidates are requested to submit the following documents (photocopies unless otherwise stated) at the time of admission.

• Original documents must be produced at the time of verification.

1. ✅ Online-generated Application Form and Payment Receipt from the college portal
2. ✅ Photocopies of HSLC (Class 10) Admit Card, Marksheet, and Certificate
3. ✅ Photocopies of HS/HSS (Class 12) Admit Card, Marksheet, and Certificate
4. ✅ Photocopies of Bachelor’s Degree Final Year Admit Card, Marksheet, and Certificate
5. ✅ Photocopies of Master’s Degree Final Year Admit Card, Marksheet, and Certificate (if applicable)
6. ✅ Photocopies of Any other relevant educational Marksheet or Certificate (if applicable)
7. ✅ Photocopies of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
8. ✅ Photocopies of EWS Certificate (if applicable)
9. ✅ Photocopies of PWD Certificate (if applicable)
10. ✅ Gauhati University Registration Certificate
• Students from other universities must produce a Migration Certificate and register with G.U. after admission
11. ✅ Gap Certificate (in original if applicable)
12. ✅ Photocopies of Aadhar Card
13. ✅ Photocopies of PAN Card or Voter ID Card
14. ✅ Photocopies of Bank Passbook (1st page)
15. ✅ Photocopies of GUBEDCET-2025 Admit Card & Result Sheet
16. ✅ Two recent passport-size photographs

Important Points:

• Submission of Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate / EWS Certificate for the current financial year from the competent authority is mandatory for OBC/MOBC candidates.

Failure to submit will lead to cancellation of candidature.

• ❌ No acknowledgement/receipt or undertaking letter will be accepted in lieu of valid NCL/EWS certificates.
• STH candidates must be domiciled in Assam.
• EWS category is applicable only for candidates from the Unreserved (General) category.

Pedagogy Subject Selection

At the time of admission, each candidate must select two pedagogy subjects, one from each group below:

Group I (Select One):

• Teaching of MIL (Assamese / Bodo)
• Teaching of English
• Teaching of General Science

Group II (Select One):

• Teaching of Social Science
• Teaching of Mathematics
• Teaching of Geography
